Mr. Michael D’Ausilio
Global Head of Employee Engagement, Culture & Conduct, JP Morgan Chase
Michael is the Global Head of Employee Engagement, Culture & Conduct for JP Morgan Chase. In this role, he leads efforts focused on delivering a positive employee experience and developing best-in-class people practices.
Most recently, he was Head of Talent for Consumer and Community Banking spanning 140,000 employees who serve 66 million customers and 4 million small businesses. In this role, he oversaw the overall talent strategy to ensure JP Morgan Chase was recruiting, developing and retaining the best people. In addition, Michael was responsible for re-defining the approach to Performance Development across JPMorgan Chase.
Michael joined the firm in 2011 as Head of Human Resources for Chase’s Operations, Technology and Control organizations. In this capacity, Michael led the global HR strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation, performance management and employee relations for approximately 55,000 employees.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Michael spent 11 years with Citigroup, where he served as Director and Human Resources Head for the United Kingdom and shaped the direction and delivery of the HR strategy across five sites and approximately 10,000 employees. Before that, he served in a number of Human Resources roles at Citigroup in New York and London.
Michael is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business and resides in Manhattan with his wife and son.
