WASHINGTON — Higher Learning Advocates today submitted a reply comment to the Federal Communications Commission regarding the broadband benefit for Pell-eligible students.  HLA reaffirmed the importance of ensuring that all students can quickly access the benefit and shared our support for additional recommendations.
