Higher Learning Advocates Submits Comments on Department of Education’s Negotiated Rulemaking

WASHINGTON — Today, Higher Learning Advocates submitted comments regarding the Department of Education’s intention to establish negotiated rulemaking committees to establish updated regulations on certain Title IV Higher Education Act matters.
